Scott Horner is General Manager of HyTech Production Ltd., holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan and is a recognized Professional Agrologist (P.Ag.). Scott joined HyTech in 2001 and has focused on customer relationship management and business development. Scott is an active seed industry leader, currently serving as the President of the Seed Association of the Americas, he previously served 9 years on the Canadian Seed Trade Association Board of Directors with 4 years on the executive, serving as President in 2015⁄2016.
Brian McNaughton is the founder and President of HyTech Production Ltd. Brian has been an innovative leader in the seed industry since 1985, pioneering many processes and methods now standard throughout the industry. Brian is a specialist in seed production process, facility and field operations, his project management experience is international, including the successful startup of HyTech Chile in 2006.

Kevin is Production Manager living in Lethbridge, Alberta. Kevin began his career with Hytech Production as a summer student working in the Parent Seed program. Since graduating university, Kevin has been involved in the coordination of HyTech’s seed program in Washington State, as well as playing a role in the Certified Seed production program in Southern Alberta.
Bradley was born in Cranbrook, B.C. and grew up in Lethbridge, AB. After high school he attended St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, N.S., graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree with an Advanced major in Chemistry. During his university years he worked two summers with HyTech Production as a summer student in the Parent Seed program.
Carly McNaughton earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University in 2007. Her experience with HyTech includes part-time work helping the Quality Assurance team during three separate harvest seasons. In January 2011, she began helping in all areas of the QA department, and will now be taking over Quality/Inventory Management.
Kimiko is the Quality System Manager based in Lethbridge, Alberta, where she graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She began her career with HyTech Production in 2003 when she was hired to manage the Lethbridge Parent Seed Evaluation site and oversee the Quality Assurance program.
